Elevated Lotus
Wellness Retreat

Rest · Reconnect · Renew

Five quiet acres of ponderosa pine in Larkspur, Colorado, being shaped into a sanctuary for every tradition. Stone paths, small dwellings tucked into the trees, a meditation trail and a sunrise bluff.

You walk into a place of bliss

Many paths, one mountain

✦

Elevated Lotus belongs to no single faith. Daoist, Buddhist, Hindu, Native American, Confucian and contemplative traditions each have their own nook in the woods: a place to sit, learn, practice and stay. All of them connect along one trail, and at the center we will one day raise a temple of oneness open to all.

Tai chi & qi gong

Classes are led by Joseph Evans of Figures In Space Tai Chi. His approach is mindful movement that isn't too much: slow, low-impact flows rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a seated (chair) version of every movement so everyone can take part.
